We implement and support vibration monitoring for propulsion trains and onboard rotating equipment to detect developing faults before they become critical. By measuring and trending vibration levels over time, we can identify indicators of misalignment, imbalance, bearing wear, looseness, resonance, and other drivetrain problems. Our monitoring approach can be applied as periodic measurements or as part of a condition-based maintenance program, depending on vessel needs and operational profile.
